I do get that high f...I know exactly what you mean. I do get that high from exercise....but that doesn't mean I have grown to LOVE exercise. I still struggle with making myself exercise when I would rather do just about anything else.<br /><br />What I do is say I'll "just do 20 minutes." I can do anything for 20 minutes.
