I have a tendency to consider myself either "on" or "off" my program, and after starting back on my program three good days ago, my day back at work today was terrible. I totally blew it (I know - CRAZY TALK!) and then let myself continute to eat. It's really good to hear your advice. I've had 40+ years to develop unhealthy eating habits/patterns - I've got to realize that incorporating those healthy behaviors will take practice. Thanks for the timely and important reminder.
